The main difference from a normal office building is speed and cost.

A normal office takes months or years to build and costs a lot of money. An office container is built in a factory in a few weeks and then delivered ready-to-use, saving both time and money. It's also much more portable, meaning it can be moved easily if needed. This makes it a great choice for temporary needs, remote locations, or businesses wanting to expand quickly without a big investment.

Are office containers durable and suitable for Kenya's weather?

Yes, office containers are very durable and well-suited for Kenya's climate. Shipping containers are originally built to carry cargo across oceans.
