At Frontier Containers EA Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality shipping containers and fabricated structures. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, or if you find an issue with your container, we are here to make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
You are free to return a product if:
You are not satisfied: The container does not meet your expectations.
There are defects: The container has significant dents, structural issues, or damage not disclosed prior to purchase.
Incorrect Item: The delivered container does not match the size, grade, or specifications of your order.
2. Inspection Upon Delivery
We highly recommend that you (or your representative) be present at the site during delivery.
Please inspect the container before the crane truck offloads it (or immediately upon placement).
If you notice major dents, rust holes, or structural damage that was not agreed upon, you have the right to reject the delivery immediately. We will take it back at no extra cost to you.
3. Return Window
Immediate Returns: You can reject the container on the spot during delivery if it does not meet your standards.
Post-Delivery Returns: If you discover an issue after the driver has left, please notify us within 7 Days of the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply contact our team:

Please provide your Order Number and a brief description of the issue (photos of dents or damage help us speed up the process).
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is approved, you can choose one of the following options:
Full Refund: We will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method (Bank Transfer/M-Pesa/Cheque) within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned container.
Exchange: We will replace the container with another one that meets your specifications.
Repair: For minor issues (e.g., a small dent or door jam), we can send our technical team (led by Eng. Stephen Karume) to fix the issue on-site at our expense.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., significant damage, wrong grade, or leaks), Frontier Containers EA Ltd will cover 100% of the return transport/crane costs.
Change of Mind: If you are returning the container simply because you changed your mind (and the container is in perfect condition), we will still refund the container price, but the cost of transport (crane truck) to return the unit to our yard may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-fabricated units (e.g., containers fully converted into homes or offices with specific custom layouts requested by you) may only be returned if they have a functional defect. Custom units cannot be returned solely for “change of mind” once fabrication is complete, as they were built to your specific design.
